That’s why we proudly offer the Beer Strong Guarantee—because your satisfaction isn’t just a goal; it’s a promise. Here’s everything you need to know about our refunds and return policies:


The Beer Strong Guarantee
Our exchange policy is truly STRONG—no deadlines, no fine print, just a straightforward commitment to you.

If your apparel ever stops working as expected or can’t keep up with your adventures, we’ll exchange it for store credit so you can find something new to fuel your journey.


Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange under the Beer Strong:

  • The item must be in a condition that allows us to confirm it matches your original purchase.
  • You’ll need the order number from your purchase, which can be found in your account details.

Once your request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. NOTE: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Perishable or consumable goods with a limited use (e.g., food or candles).
  • Custom products, such as personalized or special-order items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges Made Simple
The fastest way to get what you want is to send your item back to us for inspection. Once received and confirmed as a previous purchase, you’ll receive store credit for the purchase price of the item (excluding taxes and shipping). Use this credit to find the next piece of gear to add to your collection!


Refunds
If you’re seeking a refund:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, not washed, and with tags (if applicable).
  • Requests for refunds must be received within 10 days of receiving your product.

Once we’ve inspected the returned item, we’ll notify you of acceptance, or request additional information to assist us in the process.  Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Note: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us via the Contact Us form.
